Returns and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The deadline for cancellation is 30 days from the date you receive the goods or from the date your designated third party (non-carrier) receives the delivered products.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision in a clear and concise manner.

You can inform us of your decision by emailing office@evergreennurseries.com.hk.

We will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used when placing the order, and you will not be charged any refund fees.

Return Conditions:

To ensure your items are eligible for return, please ensure:

The purchase date of the item is within the last 30 days.

The item is in its original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items customized to your specifications or that are clearly personalized.

Items that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, such as perishable or expired items.

Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.

Goods that, by their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any return of goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returns

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return process. Therefore, we recommend that you use an insured and trackable mail service. We will not be able to issue a refund if you do not actually receive the goods or provide proof of return.

Gifts:

If you marked the goods as gifts at the time of purchase and they have been sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher equivalent to the refund amount. We will mail the gift voucher to you upon receiving the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver has already sent the order to themselves so they can give it to you later, we will refund the giver.
